In order to address your concerns in the best and most timely manner, we kindly ask for the following:

•    When the event occurred which triggered the complaint
•    The product or service to which the complaint pertains
•    Precise description of your concern

What you can expect of us
Every customer complaint is handled by our Complaint Management Department. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. Processing should take no more than 10 working days. Should, in exceptional cases, a longer period be required, you will be notified.
